Jennifer Lopez leads the cast in The Boy Next Door, a psychological thriller that explores a forbidden attraction that goes much too far. Directed by Rob Cohen (The Fast and the Furious) and written by Barbara Curry, the film also stars Ryan Guzman, John Corbett and Kristin Chenoweth.

I had the opportunity to see this film last night. (Special shout out to my friends at HipHopsince1987). First of all…J.Lo. Second of all…J.Lo in sexual situations. Third of all…Ryan Guzman. Okay. I’m done.
I liked it! But I like psychological thrillers. Maybe I’m a closet sociopath…I don’t know. Hubby was luke warm about it, but enjoyed (a little too much) of the J.Lo nudity.
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this film. The only thing I really knew was that it was about a school teacher who got a little “too friendly” with one of her students because we hear about these stories a little too often. But with the movie being a psychological thriller there were plenty of twists and turns to keep you on the edge of your seat.
